Terms and Conditions:

1. Service Agreement: By engaging in energy healing sessions with Starlight Lotus Energy Healing, operated by Destini Ingoldsby, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Scope of Services: Starlight Lotus Energy Healing offers energy healing sessions, dream interpretation sessions, and related services aimed at promoting holistic wellness and spiritual growth. These services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

3. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information regarding their health history, intentions, and goals for the sessions. Clients must disclose any medical conditions or concerns that may affect their participation in energy healing sessions.

4. Payment and Fees: Payment for energy healing sessions is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Fees for services rendered are non-refundable. Additional fees may apply for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

5. Confidentiality: All information shared during energy healing sessions, including personal stories, experiences, and insights, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Clients agree not to disclose any confidential information shared during sessions without explicit consent.

6. Code of Conduct: Clients agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during energy healing sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

7. Liability Waiver: Clients understand and acknowledge that participation in energy healing sessions involves inherent risks and may not be suitable for everyone. Clients assume full responsibility for their own well-being and agree to hold harmless Starlight Lotus Energy Healing and Destini Ingoldsby from any liability arising from participation in sessions.

8. Termination of Services: Starlight Lotus Energy Healing reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any client at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in [insert jurisdiction].
